Juniper Square - Rev. MAY 01, 2025: Rate card for add-on services

This Rate Card for Add-On Services (“Rate Card”) sets forth the prices applicable to applicable add-on and transactional services provided by Juniper Square. In connection with the provision of such services, Client agrees to compensate Juniper Square for such services as set forth below. For purposes of this Rate Card, references to Juniper Square refer exclusively to either JSQ Administrative Services LLC or JSQ Treasury Services, LLC as indicated below, which shall remain solely responsible for the performance of the services for which the fees below shall be assessed. For Services provided by JSQ Administrative Services, the Services referred to herein shall remain at all times subject to the Description of Services (available at: “https://www.junipersquare.com/terms-and-policies/description-of-services”). For the payment services provided by JSQ Treasury Services, LLC, such services shall remain at all times subject to the Payment Terms and Conditions entered into by the Parties (available at :”https://www.junipersquare.com/terms-and-policies/payment-terms”. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein have the meanings set forth in the Order Form, or if not therein defined, the Master Terms and Conditions (available at: “https://www.junipersquare.com/terms-and-policies/MSA”).

 All Clients

Client can capture investor information and E-signatures within the digital subscription process for a streamlined investor subscription experience.
Client may send 1000 DocuSign envelopes per annual Service Period for no additional fee. For each additional DocuSign envelope sent, a $5 fee will be invoiced in arrears. For any Service Period of less than 12 months, the 1000 free envelopes will be reduced on a prorated basis.
Identification and watchlist checks $100 Professional Edition

Enterprise Edition

Fund Administration

Customer identification and watchlist screening on subscribers will incur a $100 fee per check of a “Unique Investor” (as defined in the Description of Services).
Managed Close $5,000 per Managed Close Professional Edition

Enterprise Edition

Completion of one Managed Close as described in the Description of Services, subject to the following limitations:

  • A Managed Close is considered used once Juniper Square starts to configure Client’s subscription documents.
  • A Managed Close includes up to 300 maximum positions. Additional positions can be purchased as stated below
Managed Close – Configuration Only $3,000 per Managed Close – Configuration Only Professional Edition

Enterprise Edition

Completion of one Managed Close – Configuration Only consisting of the Services detailed in Sections 10.a, 10.b, 10.c, 10.f, 10.g, and 10.i of the Description of Services, subject to the following limitations:

  • A Managed Close – Configuration Only is considered used once Juniper Square starts to configure Client’s subscription documents.
  • The Services are a one-time configuration process only, any changes to the documents after final configuration requires an additional purchase for Juniper Square to implement the changes
  • Notwithstanding Section 10.i.iv of the Description of Services, Managed Close – Configuration Only may be purchased for open-end funds
Managed Close – Additional Positions Tiered – See Description Professional Edition

Enterprise Edition

Managed Close includes support for up to 300 positions. Additional positions will be changed as follows:

  • 301 – 600 positions: $1,000
  • 601 – 900 positions: $2,000
  • 901 – 1200 position: $3,000
  • 1201+ positions: Custom priced
Data Processing Services or Technical Consulting $250 / hour All Clients Data Processing Services and Technical Consulting are available at $250 per hour, purchased in blocks of four hours.
Additional Capital Events $2,500 / Capital Event

A “Capital Event” is a capital call or capital distribution. Unless otherwise stated on your Order Form, fees will be assessed for each additional Capital Event supported by Juniper Square above the limits stated in your Agreement.
Additional closings $2,000 / closing

Unless otherwise stated on your Order Form, fees will be assessed for each additional closing supported by Juniper Square above the limits stated in your Agreement.
Completion of additional compliance diligence questionnaires $5,000 / questionnaire

Professional Edition

Enterprise Edition

 Assistance completing due diligence for information security and compliance requests from Client’s End Users or for Clients that require information beyond that included in Juniper Square’s standard security questionnaire and SOC2 audit documentation.

Services provided by JSQ Treasury Services, LLC:

Per wire initiated using Juniper Square’s payments solutions. May be subject to limitations and availability as stated in the Payment Terms and Conditions
ACH payment

$1.00 / ACH on Sponsor Edition

Free for the first 5,000 ACHs in your annual Service Period for Professional and Enterprise Edition. $1.00 / ACH thereafter

 All Clients who have accepted the Payment Terms and Conditions

Per ACH initiated using Juniper Square’s payments solutions. May be subject to limitations and availability as stated in the Payment Terms and Conditions.
