You’ll start your interview by joining your recruiting coordinator on Zoom. This is the time to troubleshoot any tech issues and ask any final questions. You’ll remain on the same Zoom link for the duration of your interview and panelists will come and go at their assigned time. We try to reserve the last 5-10 minutes of each interview for questions so come prepared with a few for each person you’re set to meet. This will help you get a sense of who we are at Juniper Square. After your interview, your talent partner will review our timeline and next steps. You’ll also receive a brief, optional survey on your recruiting experience at Juniper Square.

You should receive a confirmation email indicating that we have received your application. A talent partner will review your resume and follow up if there’s alignment with the job description.

We expect to open additional offices to provide more geographic flexibility for current and future employees. Instead of guessing where our next office will be, the real-world locations of our distributed employee base will inform our choices. Today, we already have a critical mass of employees in several metropolitan areas, including Denver, Chicago, Seattle, and New York City.
