Product Operations

There’s a commitment here to doing the right thing—for our customers and for each other. In our sales process we spend a lot of time ensuring that we really understand customer requirements, and we’re upfront with prospects if we don’t think we can meet their needs. Product Management

One of the best parts of my job is visiting my customers in the field. It’s energizing to sit down with them and see how they’re using Juniper Square to grow their business. There’s this amazing “aha” moment when they understand the power of the system, and again when they realize that the feedback they provide really does help drive our development process. Open Positions

All Juniper Square employees are currently working from home during the COVID-19 pandemic, and all interviews, as well as onboarding, are conducted virtually via video conference. When it’s safe to return to office, Juniper Square employees will return to work in either our San Francisco, CA or Austin, TX offices.
