Webinar promo image no date 2x

The ongoing consolidation of institutional real estate capital among a small cohort of “mega managers” underscores a rising trend: It’s increasingly difficult—if not impossible—for real estate managers to differentiate themselves based on performance alone.

Sharing their insights from working with hundreds of investors and investment managers, our expert panelists unpack what it takes to stand out in front of institutional investors.

Topics covered:

  • Investment strategies and structures that are commanding investor attention
  • How to present yourself as a strong fiduciary of institutional capital
  • Today’s investor reporting and transparency expectations
  • Trends and expectations in operational infrastructure
