For nearly eight years, Chase Properties relied on an investment management solution that ultimately "couldn't keep up" as the company grew, remarked CFO Chad Gardner. Matt Schalmo, Manager of Fund Accounting, specifically called out how the poor user interface hindered their ability to deliver a seamless investor experience. Critical yet time-consuming operational tasks like uploading distributions and managing capital call processes now take a fraction of the time, freeing up internal resources for more strategic priorities. "I'd say that time has been more than halved for me, personally," said Schalmo. "What previously took a few hours now takes a fraction of that time," added Gardner, noting that the time saved across the fund administration and the IR teams means "There's no doubt in my mind that Juniper Square is worth the cost."
