Juniper Square Referral Program: How it works

We know nothing is more powerful than peer-to-peer referrals. As one of the 2,000+ GPs already on our platform, we want to help your network accelerate fundraising, efficiently scale their operations, and improve investor satisfaction.

Refer a qualified lead to Juniper Square, and we’ll send you a $250 gift card after they attend an introductory meeting with us.

Fill out our referral form to connect Juniper Square to a GP in your network. We are especially interested in meeting with the firm's Principal, CFO, VP of Finance, Head of Investor Relations, or Head of Operations.

We qualify your lead

We want to respect your referral’s time and inbox, so our team will first qualify them to ensure we’d be a valuable partner to their firm. If we’re a good fit, we’ll email them to book a meeting and mention you referred them.

You earn rewards

After your referral attends an introductory call with us, you’ll get a $250 gift card of your choice.

Frequently Asked Questions

A qualified referral must meet these requirements:

  • They are not a current customer of Juniper Square.
  • They are not already in active discussions about a partnership with Juniper Square.
  • They take outside capital from multiple investors.
  • They currently manage at least one private investment with outside capital.
  • They are based in the U.S.
  • They take a meeting to learn more about Juniper Square’s solutions.

A member of our team will contact you to let you know if your referral qualifies. If you prefer to introduce us personally to your referred individual, an Account Director will contact you with the next steps. If you would rather our team reach out to them directly, we will email the referred individual and mention that you referred them.

For every referral that is qualified by the Juniper Square team, you earn a $250 USD gift card of your choice.

You will receive an email from us to select your gift card.

There is no limit on the number of referrals you can send our way, so there is no limit on the number of rewards you can earn. However, if you receive $600 or more in rewards in a single calendar year, we are required to collect a W-9 from you and issue a 1099-MISC form (or successor form), so that you may report your rewards on your tax return as applicable.

While we appreciate you spreading the word, internal referrals are not eligible for rewards. However, you can refer another firm you are associated with. If that firm meets our requirements, you will qualify for the reward.
